Unauthorized Recurring DebiCheck Deduction and Request for Reversal

I am lodging a complaint against DEAL DIRECT regarding a recurring DebiCheck debit order of R179.00 on my Capitec account (Long description: DEALDIRECTAF65160659-2 260715). I did not explicitly authorize or extend this ongoing mandate. I request that Deal Direct immediately cancel this debit order on their system, remove my banking details from their database, and refund all monthly funds deducted from my account.
