I've been trying to cancell my contract with Virgin Mobile since January. After many phone calls and alot of complaints Virgin finally told me that I need to pay the handset-buy-out for my phone, they also converted my contract to prepaid last month (March).
It's now been 4 months since I initialy requested cancellation and I'm still receiving bills. Virgin has also not deducted the handset-buy-out from my bank as they said they would and I am also getting ridiculous bills of thousands of rands even though I'm actually on prepaid.
The last time I spoke with Virgin they promised that they would credit my account for their mistake and only deduct the handset-buy-out amount, but now I'm billed for the handset and R1200 airtime usage even though I'm on prepaid and only used about R240 of my own prepay recharge money.
