I received a new contract from virgin mobile. There was said within 7 to 10 working days ill receive my handset. After 9 working days I phoned and waisted R55 airtime just to find out that courier company only received it a day earlier. Happy that I will get my handset within 24 hour there after all the problems got worse. The courier companys truck was hi jacked so I couldn't receive my handset. After sending Virgin mobile's support desk 4 emails, and phone calls waisting again R100 worth airtime I still have received no response exept a sms stating I will receive my handset only next friday. That will be 20 working days later.
