I would like to cancel my internet service immediately with Telkom... my line was suspended beginning of May '13, no usage of internet for this month. I'm not prepared to pay for something I did not use.
First of all, I had a problem with my line since Feb '13, March and April '13... credits was supposed to be passed for non usage of internet, etc. I said I was prepared to pay for the line rental and calls... why is my bill still so high..I had to struggle for three months without internet usage, static line... when calls were made the other party couldn't hear me... So many calls and mails went out, so many reference numbers, check history and after trying to figure out ur billing and see where credits were passed you people so quick to suspend service... U hand me over to VVM... without a letter stating I have to pay a certain amount.

What the is this... U provide a service and now after u fix it, which took forever, you quick to suspend.

Now after saying all that, I want my internet, ADSL LINE cancelled, etc... ur billing for May '13 credited until I pay up the arrears and then cancel the line and convert to prepaid. I want to see all credits passed
