I just bought my husband a BIS Bundle this morning its is now 14.45pm and still no BIS on his BLACKBERRY. an email was sent to him this morning to inform him on which date his BIS will expire. How does Vodacom take to activate BIS??? Should we change networks for better service? Such as Cell C? Whom I am with THEY OFFER SUCH GREAT SERVICE.
My husband also rebooted his phone and took battery out like 100 times.
Please fix this problem.
