I have a landline with ADSL at my residence for just about 2 years now. However for about a week, the Internet stopped working while the telephone line still operates.
Logged a fault report with telkom online and nobody gets back to you. Decided to give them a call today only to discover that my Internet line has now been separated from my telephone line since November 2012. Bare in mind I was receiving a bill every month and paying it however I was only paying for telephone and not Internet usage. How did I finish off with 2 separate accounts when initially applied and paid one account for quite a while??? Nobody knows!!!
Now I get slapped with a bill for 3 months for Internet usage only, you either pay up or no Internet!!!
How conveniently is the consumer inconvenienced!!! Incompetent people!
