With reference to my query WCP3603/12 with ICASA and Telkom ref 961cwk050213, I have had no reply or feedback from Telkom or ICASA at this stage and from the beginning of this month to date have been having a problem with my internet and now since last week my telephone line is completely dead, no technician or any resolution to this problem after many calls to the call centre. I am very livid and need my line and internet sorted out today and a credit passed for this month. Is this the way Telkom operates and service provided, well I find it unacceptable and pathetic.
