Hi there I recently moved from welkom the thabazimbi and before I moved I have telkom Internet. I asked if the could move my line from welkom to my new address where I'm going to stay and they said they had no problems in doing so so when I moved into my new place I paid for a whole month of Internet which I did not have which is R540 and I let them know that I did not have Internet and they had to transfer the line and I'm still waiting for the Internet line for my place. Then after 3 weeks of not having any response on the Internet I phoned them and asked whats going on and how is the process then they said sorry they cannot install a line for me and I must cancel my Internet line and get a refund on the Internet. So I cancelled and now they only want to refund me R57 which is not correct because I paid for the whole month and they want to only pay me back R57. I did get an sms from them stating that they are going to put a line in in the financial year which is the 1 April but they did nothing about that to.
