Billing 7 Credits Query

Dear Maureen

With reference to my mail below, can you please advise why I was billed for reconnection fees but phone line not connected. I did speak to an agent now in ur billing at Telkom but we got cut off and I didn't get her name. As requested below, can you please get an agent to call me as I cannot make calls during working hours.

The other question is, was the full amounts of ADSL and Internet credited for Feb, March, April, May, June Juily as per my request for cancellation prior.
Feb '13, Mar '13 and April '13 - internet and ADSL down - could not use
May '13, June '13 and July '13 - line suspended

The breakdown I have is as follows according to your statements - (Billed and Credits Passed for ADSL and Internet)

Feb '13 - 555.26 credits passed 46.49
March '13 - 555.26 credits passed 46.49 34.56
April '13 - 555.26 credits passed 490.76 (ADSL) 171.49 (Reconnection) 46.49 = 662.25
May '13 - 555.26 credits passed 126.40 (ADSL) 261.40 (Internet) 46.49
June '13 - 555.26 credits passed 0.00 - 46.49
July '13 - credits passed 0.00 - 1265.93 (please specify the breakdown for months and which was i
