ORDERED ADSL-CANCELLED IT THE NEXT DAY

Hi there
Due to us not picking up 3G in our area, we decided to apply for an ADSL line as we currently were on a prepaid. We had a credit of R75-00 on our prepaid line and was advised that this will be carried over when we do our conversion. Two days later 3 G signals were much better so we called Telkom and asked to cancel the linstallation and revert to the prepaid, they said no problem and all the notes were made on the system (ref no: 67131966A). I was advised to allow the billing to go through then query the account which i did and the lady did say that this reference stands that we cancelled and should not be billed normal rates. I called telkom and explained this to them, the first tell me that my money was forfeited and they cant see any notes on their system, surely they can see that the ADSL was never installed?

i have waste over 15mins a time on the telelphone and now i received a bill of R905.00. All i want is these credits to be passed and my line back to prepaid.
