My line was suspended and I had asked telkom to please cancel the internet as it cannot be used if the line is suspended - they kept billing me for the internet of which I couldnt use. eventually I got through to a consultant that told me i had to pay up the arrears and then only they could cancel the internet. It does not make logical sense to keep charging a bill if the account is frozen. Now the bill is double what I had to originally pay back. What a rip off telkom, and most frustrating to get through to a consultant that can assist. I have even emailed telkom and no one has ever come back to me. POOR POOR SERVICE.
