In 2012 December I received call from Cell C's sales consultant in regards to an upgrade and the plan change, advised her that I'm not ready to upgrade as yet but I don't mind changing my plan from Casual chat 150 to Straight up 100 where by I'll be paying R100 per from January but the change will take place with immediate effect and I'll be on this plan for 6 months starting from December, meaning my contract should expire in June. I logged a call in Feb to checking on the double billing that happend as i was not advised of the charges, no responds till this day, I been calling to double check when is my plan expiring to my suprise it end in August i have no idea who agreed to that and advised me of the changes that someone at Cell C did sometime in Feb without my knowledge. I asked for the calls to be pulled in regards to the billing and the plan expiring time I agreed on, till this day i'm still waiting. Last week I called to request my contract to be cancelled and the retentions department denied as they stated that they need to request for a reconding between me and the sales agent I spoke to in regards to the plan change of which is the some call I requested for in Feb.
