Continued shoddy service

This is now the second time that I am having to complain about telkom's service from an accounting perspective.
I had my ADSL line cut about a month ago due to telkom saying I owed them money for three months usage which i argued that i did not owe as id signed up for my adsl line on the understanding therre was a promo offering the first three months data for free. I still dispute that I owe the three months data cost yet in order to have my line reconnected, I paid R1800 odd and still expect that the data costa now paid for be reverse.
The issue now ate hand is that Telkom have billed me a fee of R170 odd to reconnect me after they disconnected me over a dispute I still feel is I unsolved. How on earth should I be expected to pay for this? I simply won't.

I demand that these issues be resolved once and for all and that I have all credits due to me, passed. I will not accept that I must pay this reconnection fee and I expect that the three months data I've now paid for be either refunded or credited to my account. I would also like clarification on my month to month billing with the now reduced monthly costs for my package. My ADSL number is: 0116792178.
