No service, no Pay

A week or so ago i wrote a report on Telkom, for billing me for a month in which I had ZERO days of internet connectivity. They came back to me and credited me with 10 days (Since 10 days make a month!!!). Yet my line has still not been fixed, and then my line was suspended due to no payment. So we are at a stand off. Since I wont pay a cent for no service, and my line can't be fixed since the line is suspended. And not only is my line suspended, i got a sms saying I owe more than R200 more than my bill normally is. And since I don't get a bill from Telkom, even though I have updated my email account numerous times with them, I have no idea why they want extra cash from me! I can so no way forward here, Telkom wont attempt to fix my line until I pay for the month my line was down, and I refuse to pay for it, so the only option I have left is to cancel. Thank you Telkom for being USELESS!
