Good day
I would like to expresse my sincere disappointment from vodacom staff. they so incompetent and not able to advise the client abut the correct information
Two months ago i went to vodaworld in Midrand to upgrade one on my contracts to an I-PHONE 5. the brochure i had with me said i will be given 75mb, 75minutes and i cant remember how many smses and i will be paying about R489 not sure stand to be corrected.

To my surprise i received a statement telling me i need to pay R1700.00 cause my line its an open line it has no limit but no one told me about that. I then called vodacom call center spoke to a consultant by the name of Degree who had very bad attitude who didnt even sympathise but just told me i should have known about that. i the insisted to speak to his supervisor by the name of Tesen who was very nice and promised to escalate my query to the relevent depratment which she did. I then received an sms from Batseba Moholo who told me they are still working on my query that was on the 20.05.2013 till to date i havent heared a thing from them. My query is that am not willing to pay what i was not told about cause i wouldnt have taken such contract.
