On the 28th December 2013 I phone Vodacom re. Night Owl.
The Agent I spoke to told me that it works from 12 am - 7am. I then used my phone based on the information given. The next thing I was charged out of data rate. When I phoned later I was told something else different. I'm now sitting with an incorrect invoice because of people not trained properly.
When I phoned Friday the 17 January, to my surprise I found out that my query was still pending because of staff being on leave. I thought the turn around time on queries was 24 hours. Mine has gone beyond 3 weeks.
I know Vodacom to work on skeleton staff over December holidays. To date my query on incorrect billing is not resolved. The reference number on my query is T9817-7W2QD.
I'm so unhappy because the next thing my phone will be disconnected because of incompetent staff.
