Query still not ressolved since may

Good day
this is the 3rd time am writing this report on hello peter but still my query is not ressovled. the only thing i get are sms being informed that they working on my query but no one getting back to me to me that the query is ressoved can someone give me the CEO number maybe he iof she can be able to take my query seriously or maybe treat me like a valued client here. on the 13.06 i received an sms from Godfrey Morewa who told me he is working on my query but still nothing what do i need to do to get help from Vodacom.
