On the 24 May 2013, I went into store and asked for a sim swop as my phone was in one of the stores.
When I phoned call centre with IME number to black list phone and again to conform if previous sim was swopped, i was told that the sim swop was not done. I am most upset as there are many out there, and why was this not on the system. As per teleconsultant this should have shown on her system when done.
Poor service and I will be monitoring if anything happens as MTN has failed a valued customer of more than 10 years.
