Iphone 5S upgrade rewceived with wrong sim card

I did an upgrade on the 19th November for my first IPhone the 5s gold and received the next day but with the wrong sim card (Contract micro sim). I phoned your upgrade department and they were surprised i got the phone because according to their record I'm only getting the phone on the 3rd December and of which it's the message I still get when phoning 0821959 now for order number U563393. A query was logged for me S3-T682E-EM9KU which I said to the lady my insurance is already updated as i dint know that i have the wrong sim. So right now I'm using a blackberry that's not insured anymore and my concern is should my iPhone get we won't have record on my line as i never used the phone but she told me there's nothing she can do as the query is now with the other department. PASSING THE BUG!!! I phoned again today to follow up on my query and i was told again by one of your agent - Sibusiso that there's nothing he can do and asked to speak to the Team Leader in charge - Masilo and he told me he's going to tell me the same thing of which he only called Team Leader after I insisted to speak to him. Awaiting your urgent response for the very bad service I'm getting from your staff
