A Rewardsco consultant phoned me as I was due for an upgrade on my Vodacom contract in September 2012. I was misled with the information provided in terms of the upgrade i.e was not told that I qualified for a free phone. I later realised that i was mislead and phoned Vodacom who clarified that I was due for a free phone at the time of my upgrade. When I called Rewards co to query why I was not given all the necessary info regarding my upgrade and given a phone the consultant, Sandy Shembe, was very unhelpful. When asked to speak to a supervisor she stated that the supervisor was not available. I requested a callback from the supervisor within 24 Hours which she said would not be possible. The only solution that Sandy provided was that I cancel my contract which is unrealistic as I will then be forced to pay penalty fees to Vodacom. I did not get any satisfaction in resolving my query. My overall opinion is that this company and it's employees are!!! Terrible company with Terrible service and incompetent staff!!!

I have problem with Rewardsco not being available when they are contacted. They make promises to forward details of a contract which never happens. They also give the impression that they work for Vodacom directly during calls. I think it is unethical.
