Still Waiting for CellC

Hi
After Various Complaints About my Upgrade not being done I received a call from SIDEFREE 3 days ago who told me tha someone else will phone me within 30 minutes to sort out my problem.
it is gone 3 days and still no one has phoned.

Check all my other complaints regarding my upgrade since February this year
I have spoken to so many other people incl Masesi and Sidefree. still waiting for CellC to do something about my contract. I was once even told that my upgrade was approved and will receive my phone within 7 days.
pathetic service from CellC.
I think I will contact the Papers next with all my correspondence I have regarding this issue.
