LACK OF INTEREST

On 4 march 2013, I took my mother to Vodacom Shop Clearwater mall in order to transfer ownership of her number into my name. At the same time I upgraded various phones. According to Vodacom records no evidence was found for the transfer of ownership. although we filled in numerous forms with copies of identity etc. I have since tried to contact the store, I went in personally on Sunday 7 April and was told I would be contacted first thing on Monday by the person who performed the transaction, whose name is Andre. Since I received no call on Monday I called back Monday afternoon and left a message for him to return my call. Still no call. I called again on Tuesday and left a mesaage, still no call. Tried to call today, Wednesday and he is not available and will call me back. Now 1pm Wednesday and still nothing. I am in a busy medical practice and cannot take calls much during the day, but also cant afford to keep calling back. UPDATE now Thursday and still no response!
FUMING!!!
