Line Transfer of Ownetship not done

After Repeatedly asking for a transfer of ownership to be done all exept one contract was transfered to my fathers name as requested i filled in transfer of ownership forms for all numbers and contracts then i received a very rude phone call from the Vodashop manager in the Vaal Mall stating she isn't scared of HaloPeter and that i must stop logging complaints. As customer i have a right to complain if a service that was supposed to be delivered wasn't done right the first time. The contract 0716883497 acc number I0614643-2 wasn't transfered and still on my name as i receuved the bill today
