Most unhelpful and unresponsive Eve

My wife and I have recently sold our flat,
The offer to sell was signed in June or July, We were told that the transfer of ownership will be completed by the middle of August 2013, then there was a problem at the deeds office according to Karlien Grimbreek, We patiently waited and got told the transfer would go through by the end of August so we need to either find a place to stay or pay the new owner occupational rent.

My wife and I packed up on the weekend of the 28th of August 2013, We are currently Renting another property.
We have been waiting ever since to hear from them,
We then contacted Karlien again on the 15th of September 2013 and we got informed that there was another problem at the deeds office and they had to re-submit all the documentation. We got an e-mail saying all documents was resent to the deeds office and the transfer will be complete by the end of September 2013,
It is now the 1st of October 2013 and still no feedback. We are currently paying 2 bonds because the attorneys don't know what is going on. I am glad they can afford what they can with their salaries, But my wife and I cant. Wish they would get their act together.
