I have a problem regarding my downloads i get a ref number it gets escaleted to a specialist, i wait a few days no reply i call get promised someone will phone the same day. To no surprise no one calls i call back speak to a consultant that he emailed the department to assist me someone will call me now they responded to his email, and once again no reply. I have been two weeks with Telkom as an ISP and i have already cancelled it because no one can help you or is intrested in solving your problem. After only being with the ISP for two weeks i get told i still have to give 30 days notice hence i have to pay another month for a service that is not working! Surely this is not acceptable! I have been struggling waisting my time to no avail! I have logged complaints on the website they advise they will email you a ref number not even that was done. When you cancel they say you will recieve an email confirming that not even that was done so chances are i will still be billed after cancelling!
