Last night I got an abnormally large debit amount go off my account.
I spent about 38 minutes being sent from pillar to post and being cut off on a numerous occasions on the phone trying to find out what was going on only to find that I had an upgrade on my contract. I requested they give me more details about this upgrade and only then I was told that delivery had not taken place and it was reversed.
Now my frustration is that I could not call them from my vodacom number after receiving SMS's that said I can call the customer care line and had to spend more money calling them from the UK and nothing is being resolved.
All I want is for you to return my money immediately.
