On the 06/11/13 I was informed by vodacom that I had upgrade my contract online of which I thus told them that I had not yet upgraded to a new phone. I was then given a number to call to call to cancel that upgrade:0821905, after calling that number I spoke to an operator who then informed me that this would be attended to, I waited for 5 day and there was no contact from vodacom, I then gave them a call to find out how far they were with investigation I was told the call I had made was not logged properly then a new log was made but when I did a follow up call again I was told the second call was not properly logged as well this was now the third call being logged. Now it has been more than 3 week me waiting for vodacom to come back to me and tell me how far they are with the investigation since month end is approaching and since I am clearly not liable for that upgrade I am not willing to pay for a phone I never upgraded on, but each time I call them to get feedback I am send from pillar to post. I have lost my confidence on vodacom and do not wish to keep my contract with them cause clearly our information is compromised if a person can just upgrade, & I am expected to pay.
