On the 27th of Feb 2013, I received a call which the consultant told me since I am a good customer with Vodacom then they have decided to reduce my premium of the one contract from R315 to R199 and I accepted as it still gave me same amount of airtime and was happy with Vodacom recognising valuable customers.

since one of my number was due for an upgrade recently I went to Vodacom to do the upgrade only to find out that the reduction in premium was the actual upgrade and I was not aware of that.

I requested to listen to the conversation with the consultant and I was told to go to the closest Vodacom centre and in all stores that I went to the consultants have no idea of that service.

now that I am ready to do the upgrade, my phone has been upgraded by the generosity of Vodacom which was not made clear to me.

please help because am still happy with Vodacom, I did not call them for any upgrade.
