Contract Upgrade mess!

Got my upgrade mid Dec2012. I went from a Blackberry Torch to an iPhone 5.

I did my upgrade over the phone (with delivery). My package consists of 300sms's, 300mb of data & 300minutes... Only to find out after receiving my phone that I only get 130 mins p/m.

Been trying to get hold of the phone-call ever since, which stated this when I agreed to the package. I've been put through to every dep. telling me I must wait for them to process my request. Its been weeks. Still pending. Only to be told now, that I must go IN to a vodacom store to hear the recorded msg?

On top of this, I was getting messages saying that I've reached my R50 limit. What R50 limit? Its a new contract. I have data, I have sms's, I have minutes... What R50?

Calling them again, asking for a breakdown of my money spent... to find out that my BlackBerry Internet Service is still connected, and so is a R25 SMS bundle. WHAT? Its a new contract, new phone, new PACKAGE. BIS is still connected. I have 300sms's on the new contract, why would I still want a another 50? I have an iPhone now. Why would I need BIS??

So disappointed to pay for something I don't need in the first place & to get less than what I bargained 4
