2 Years ago I took out a contract from Mtn Brooklyn Mall which was insured, I've paying the insurance every month, I lost the phone and I went to MTN to report, and I was told that I don't have insurance with them, I was given the forms to complete, after some hustle with them, I was told that I was insured with Callsure, I have called Callsure, an they sent me from pillar to post, I endup upgrading to another phone because I needed a phone, since 2012 I haven't received my phone, they said I should pay them Access of R560 which I did, but still no phone. I have 2 contract with MTN and I am thinking of cancelling both and port out of this stupid and useless network. I need this matter to be sorted within 24 hours or else I will cancel this stupid contracts
