MTN DOES NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY!!!

I discovered 3 weeks ago that I was a victim of. This is not the first time something like this has happened. MTN allowed a to open up an account in my name, this has lead MTN to report me to the credit bureau for not paying the account which I had no idea of. I have been listed on the credit bureau as a bad payer and this is due to MTN's bad service which has no processes and does not safe guard us innocent consumers from and Identity. I am furthermore disgusted by the service and careless nature of the MTN shop in Maynard mall Wynberg Cape Town Western Cape. The people who run that store have no way of speaking to people they are rude and lack customer service etiquette. Its been three weeks now and I have had no response from either MTN or the Store. Nobody has the decency to contact me even though this is a serious matter. I cant do "", I cant do anything because my focking life has been put on hold because your company lacks focking everything. I need you to sort my problem out and name cleared before XMAS. Please call me on my cell immediately to sort this out because I cant get through to your department as they are busy.
