Poor service at MTN

Good day I'm Nomvuyo Madikane i took out a phone at MTN at westgate mall last year the phone is a contract phone which i insured. My phone was on Monday 25 november i called MTN insurance spoke to Marcus the agent who told me to get an affidavit from the police station and a case number i did that then i went to MTN Manlyn mall costumer service for help Thato Rapatla who was assisting with the sim swap and claim told me that my claim forms were sent to MTN insurance and he received feedback that my claim is approved i must call MTN after 24 hours i did that they told me they haven't received my claim forms. I called the agent who was assisting me to tell him that MTN says they haven't received my claim he was so rude even hanged up on me I'm so disappointed and angry i've called the insurance department the phone just rings for hours and no respond I'm still paying for the phone i don't have i even called MTN switch board the lady i was talking to her name is thando was also rude I'm so hurt and disappointed MTN service is so poor and their agents are so rude its close to 2 weeks i don't have the phone but they had a nerve to deduct money in my account for the phone.
