Delivery to wrong address

I ordered 2 phones on a upgrade basis - firstly problem with promotion that had to be recreated, then delivery address was incorrect after it was confirmed telephonically that delevery address would be corrected on order.
I have left numerous messages (phone calls and emails) but no response. couriers who delivered the one phone will not take instructions from me as the client as they need instructions from Vodacom to change address to my correct delivery address. If I phone Vodacom, I get transferred from pillar to post, and NO ONE OFFERS TO ASSIST!!! Their service really stinks! That after, on Thursday I thought Philile Dlamini was doing me a favour and helping me to get the promotion offered on their online channel on as my upgrade on my son's lines. Only to find that her service is just what we have come to expect in South Africa - USELESS!!! AND GUESS WHAT - I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SON'S CELL PHONE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SPENT 3 HOURS ON THE LINE TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME AT VODACOM!!!
