I contacted Vodacom some weeks ago to upgrade my contract for a new Iphone 5c as a Christmas present for my sons excellent academic achievement. The upgrade was duly processed and as confirmed by the Vodacom consultant the delivery address was to be my office address with my contact number being my mobile number. Ram couriers tried 3 times to deliver to my home address and contact my home number. Upon no reply Ram returned the phone to Vodacom who advised me that they will wait for the unit tor return and then reship. Only to hear today that the unit was issued to someone else and Vodacom has no stock and they expect the stock to only arrive next week. We are going on holiday this weekend, so I cannot accept delivery next week. Thus, well done to Vodacom and Ram couriers for ruining my sons Christmas!!!
