A month and still no phone

Vodacom offers a "great" online upgrade service where they will deliver your phone to your door... or so I thought.
I placed my order with them, spoke to an agent over the phone and despite giving him my address 3 times he still got it wrong. On receipt of the confirmation email, I sent them a change of address request, because their agent couldn't get it right and later confirmed this telephonically.
Your phone will be delivered on 22 April, so when it wasn't I phoned to find out where it was. Sorry, the courier couldn't find you at the address. But we will send it again, and you will receive it before 26 April.

Well, still no phone and when I called today, I got the exact same story. I have never met such an inept customer service department in my life. Thus I should not be surprised that they have yet to phone me back after promising to call back shortly once we've resolved your issue.
Come Wednesday my BIS becomes inactive, and my current Blackberry becomes a paperweight.

Well done Vodacom on another "happy" customer.
