NO DELIVERY

In December I agreed to a new contract which Vodacom called me for. Delivery was supposed to be on the 20th of December. After no delivery I called and they got my address incorrect (21 instead of 12) I then changed my delivery address to my work address and since the 6th of January call DAILY to hear where my phone is and when delivery will take place! ALMOST a MONTH later I am non the wiser?? And no phone!! I left several messages for the supervisor / manager - no call from them. It's just a dead end trying to get this delivery!!
