Upgrade vodacom contract over inetrnet bad service

Hallo. I upgraded my contract at Vodacom (after a long debate and decision making, because I'm not happy with the new contracts). I decided to make use of their website to upgrade. This was a very bad decision! Or even worse to stay with Vodacom! I received my sms on Wednesday 11/12 at 12:43pm saying delivery will happen shortly. I'm still waiting. At about 13:00pm on Thursday 12/12 I received an message from my delivery address they are not allowed to sign for my package! I gave an alternative address and the response is maybe I will get it today still. After phoning the Vodacom call centre and upgrades department, I even have been transferred to RAM, Vodacom's courier company I get an answer that the package will be delivered tomorrow, Friday 13/12 to the same address supplied on my order. I will not be at that address. I gave an alternative address again. Not sure if I will get package tomorrow, because access to the alternative address is not easy. My order number received from Vodacom is U575300. Vodacom can't commit to their next day deliver policy! If RAM can't supply the exact delivery date and time you can't supply the correct address. My advice don't use the website!
