I purchased a new top up contract on 1 July. Advertisement states that delivery will occur within 24 hours. This did not happen and nobody can tell me when I will receive delivery of my phone.
This is my 3rd contract with Vodacom, and my delivery address has not changed, but due to Vodacom's delay in delivery, the phone can be delivered to my home address.
I want this sorted out ASAP.
