Upgrade nightmare

Processed upgrade on 08/1/2014. instructions was given to deliver to 3rd party. This was agreed by the upgrade consultant. Delivery on the Internet should be by the next day, i upgraded after 12:00 and know next day delivery was not possible. On Monday morning a call was made to Ram. Ram call centre said delivery will be Monday before 16:00. At 15:00 no phone has been delivered once again a call was made to Ram. The response from Ram, there is no such person at the address..correct me if I am wrong... but if you deliver to a customer... and cannot find the customer. You Call them to find out where they are. After telling Ram that the person was the address... and instructing them to deliver, they came to the delivery address. As instructed the 3rd party would sign for the phone... but no instruction was received by Ram. I believe the instruction to deliver to a 3rd party was never received by them. i have tried calling 0821959 numerous times this morning, but the call gets cut off all the time. i managed to get hold of Wemie, he said that he will follow up and let me know. i want the complete upgrade delivered by 10:00 Today. Ram has let Vodacom down.
