I am absolutely disgusted by the way RAM couriers conducts their operations.

On Tues 23/7 I ordered an upgrade online with vodacom.
I take the day off work to meet the courier at home on Thurs, No delivery, No phone call.

Fri afternoon, i recieved a call, to say thay my phone was mistakenly sent out to diepsloot, which is miles away from the delivery address, and i was told that i would recieve it on Mon.

Mon, I arrange to get the day off work to meet the courrier at home. No delivery, no call.

On tuesday, I call and get told that it was sent to diepsloot AGAIN! I ask to change the address to my work, as I cannot get any more time off. I go through the process 100% correctly, and call back, to be told without a doubt that i will recieve my phone before 10 on wed 31.

Wed - No delivery. I call again, to be told the phone has been sent back to voda.
After a 1 hour phone call, nobody can tell me why?

This is not my fault, yet i am told there is nothing they can do for me. They sent the paqckage out twice to the wrong area, then return it. The address is correct! Cant they read the label?

I expect this to be investigated, and I expect feedback and reasonable compensation
