Vodacom telesale personnel lie & disregard client

Towards the end of April I was contacted by a Vodacom Sales lady via telephone to "offer" me a new package I told her that I am satisfied with my current package however she brought up some statistic saying that she can offer me a better package and that I will save alot of costs on the new package> She then went ahead and explained the package to me I asked her several questions regarding BIZ, Call cost etc and was told by the saleslady that the minutes given to me will last longer then the R315.00 airtime I used to get she also assured me that if my minutes are used I will still have access to my other services especially BIZ but this is not the case my entire phone has been soft blocked i can not make calls send emails or communicate on the BBM service until they get back to me. So i will be loosing sales for 2 days and this has made me very upset. Vodacom is supposed to be a reliable service provider is this the meaning of reliability?

I am extremely dissatisfied and I am not happy with the answers Vodacom has given me, I dont think its fair to false advertise a product reap the rewards and then sit back and do nothing while i loose sales!
