Thiesn, Vodacom's consultant, phoned us in April 2013 and told us that they want to save us a lot of money because we are good customers. He told us that he can save us R400.00 per month. But he didn't told us that if he changed our package our minutes will be less and they will took all our minutes that we saved throughout the years, so basically they our money, because they took all our minutes away and the minutes on the new package is not worth it for the money that we have to pay, I think it is a scandal that people phoned us with false information. My two daughters was on the Top Up 315 and they had extra 1900 minutes and Vodacom their minutes and we have to pay for the new package R299.00 for only 75 minutes, this is not right. Me and my husband was on the Top 500 and my minutes was over 1100 minutes and my husband 800 and they took it away and with our Top 500 package we also have 180 minutes after hours and on weekends and now we have nothing. We phoned Vodacom on the 21st of May and asked them to change the Smart packages back to our previous Top up packages, but they have a lot of excuses of investigation etc. We are not satisfied they have to rectify it.
