I was contacted by the Sales Department that Vodacom uses to ask people if they would like to upgrade to a new package, in my case to the Vodacom RED VIP Package. I accepted the terms and was told that I would be loaded and billed accordingly. From the begining of April. I then made far more calls than I normally would have, as I was now on Unlimited calls. Well, at the end of the month I received a bill for more than R1000 than the bill should have been. When I called to query this, I was told that I have never been loaded onto the new package. My new call Centre person confirmed that the call had been made from the sales department, and that Vodacom would be contacting me within 24 hours to arrange the refund. This is now two weeks later, and no one has contacted me in this regard
I did get an SMS telling me that I had been upgraded to the new RED Package... so one wonders why I cant be contacted about a refund that is owed to me???
VODACOM... PLEASE RESPOND.
