Vodacom "Platinum" is a Sc*m

This is still not resolved from 10 days ago, and there is no will to do so. Two people phoned and promised to get back to me but NEVER DID. Vodacom why bother to monitor this website if you don't action anything?

I spend R60, 000 a year with Vodacom and am a "Platinum" member, meaning I supposedly get an upgrade everything 12 months. However the cost of the upgrade to a Samsumg S4 is R1480. Call Centre says I must upgrade to a more expensive package first... but I already have THOUSANDS of unused accrued carried-over minutes on the current package.

*Coercing me to buy even more minutes (when you clearly see I don't need them) is a BULLYING tactic.

They already offer the Samsung S4 on a new contract for R419 per month. How come when my average spend is like R5000pm I have to pay in R1480. It is a, there is no benefit to Vodacom 'Platinum"
