Forced Contract

Vodacom rewards was insisting I take a package from them, I couldn't understand what that package entailed therefore I did not agree to it. On 27th Feb, I received a call from Joe from Vodacom who informed me that since I had been with vodacom for 10 years I should take this vodacom rewards package. Currently am paying R180 and have no understanding what it is about and have asked them on numerous occasions to take me back to the Top Up package I had been using but to no avail. I really want to cancel this contract, that I never agreed upon in the first place.
