29 December 2009 after a huge struggle from August 2009 i recevied a letter to say that my account was paid in full from Munnik Basson Dagama. Cell C's Fred Mphahlele confirmed this for me. I have now 3 and a half years later tried to apply for a Cell C Vitality Mobile contract and have been declined as I "still owe Cell C " and am in the Legal Deparment.
I have emailed the [Email Removed] No reponse. I have called customer services no help i have sat on hold for legal department for more than 30 min and NO ONE even answers the phone! This is disgusting!!!
I am appauled by this shocking service especially since i have cancelled my Nashua (cell C) contract to take advantage of the Vitality Mobile package.
I expect this matter to be sorted out by no later than 21 May 2013.
