Wrong Contract Package

I ordered a phone online because of their promotion on Samsung S3, Smart S Package. I was supposed to get 75 ffree minutes, 75 MB Data, 125 promotional data, 150 sms bundle, 50 promotional sms bundle. I got the norma smart s package. My account is currently suspended and cannot make any outgoing calls, cannot sms & cannot access the internet.

I phoned vodacom after sales contact centre and I was sent from pillar to post. I am totally unsatisfied with the service am currently getting and even worse as a first time client. Power is not working for me.
