NEOTEL OR IS THAT TELKOM SERVICE SEEMS THE SAME

We have just had a neotel Wimax installed at installation i asked the tech that i wanted a 2 meg line and he said sure just phone the office they will sort it out. This is now day 2 of holding for a call center. AND NO SERVICE.
first we were told we have to wait 3 months, then we were told its not possible at all, now im told i must wait 15 days to migrate.

HONESTLY i have never heard of a company turning away more money from a customer maybe Neotel does not need our money and doesn't want to upgrade the service any which way it feels like im dealing with Telkom all over again!!!

Call center agent Thabo refuses to put me through to his supervisor and i have now been on hold for 19 minutes only to have the supervisor put the phone down in my ear!!!
