Neotel Agent Offers savings & service

I April 2011 we moved to Killarney gardens and had Telkom install a telephone system. Neotel came and offered to save us R 1, 000.00 per month on a deal if we ported our telephone lines to them. The agent advised that if we did not achieve the saving we could revert back to Telkom. We have to date not seen a saving, but have certainly see a massive drop in service. Not a day passes when customers call on our mobile numbers to say they cannot get through on the phone lines. We have to dial each outgoing call twice to get a line out. Since February 2012 we have being trying to terminate the deal with Neotel and all we receive are automatic e-mail responses or reference numbers. Now after yet another call to the call centre after having no phones working for half of Thursday and all of Friday last week, We are told the only Telkom can port our lines away from Neotel. Today I get a phone call from someone claiming to have taken over from our service provider (who we thought was Neotel) who wanted to discuss taking over our account. They eventually put the phone down on me when I asked to speak to the supervisor. All in all absolutely shocking service!
