Firstly - False advertising on Neotel Website. Most suppliers listed on the website do not stock Neotel.
Altech Mobile = Seapoint I knew more about Neotel than the consultant. I went there on the 8th of Feb and I was told that a consultant from Neotel will phone me and I am still waiting. Postnet Capetown CBD does not stock or sell Neotel phones :( Postnet Kloof doesn't have stock... the excuses go on and on. I wont even go to the callS I made money lost based on the incorrect information on the website.
Finally got the device on Tuesday 19 Feb... and the new crisis is the phone doesn't work.
yesterday I called Neotel call centre - was helped by a kind fella- Simphiwe (call ref #FCR61558199) even though he was helpful, he also didn' t have a clue of what could be wrong... I had to hold for 30 minutes while he tried to help... The VERDICT? I was told to take out the battery and restart the phone.
Did that and now it's arghhh! come on Neotel. I tried calling again today and the customer service centre number's netwrok was unavailable... seriously?
so I what i'd like is = Neotel to sort out the phone ASAP. Time is money!
Neotel to CALL me ASAP.
